Recieved a used electronic control module. Never in my 40 yrs in mechanics have I ever received a bag scotched taped closed especially from gm oem parts. This transaction cost me time and money. Who was the scumbag who swapped out the component and returned their old one-off truck. I do believe in karma, and I'm sure this person will get what's coming to them. I have not decided if I will be reporting this to General Motors corporate parts division.
