I had a great experience working with a Malow Team to find a new apartment to move into! They were very quick to respond to any questions I had, and expressed any deadlines for forms as well as when I would expect to hear back. During the application process, they were extremely helpful in checking over my forms and walking me through the process to ensure that I had all the accurate knowledge.
Brad and Kryon were the best reals estate agents I have ever worked with in my many real estate transactions: attentive, sharp, focused, with great knowledge of the market! And they did it all while I was living in another city, but it was as seamless as possible, always helping with issues that required a person present fir the property! Could not recommend more!
Really great team at Compass...my buyer's agent Kryon Grant was super helpful navigating both the offer and closing process. He was well informed about the market, did his research, and very prompt in communicating status, setting up appointments, and helping with all aspects of the buying process, including connecting me to attorneys and banks. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I really enjoyed my experience working with The Malow Team! I worked directly with Michael Lucia and he was fantastic to work with. He was readily available to answer any and all questions I had, which was a relief navigating the NYC real estate market for the first time. He was also my proxy for a tour while I was out of town and helped me tour the unit over video call, took measurements of the entire apartment, and negotiated a start date optimal for me. I can't recommend working with Michael enough!
Michael Lucia recently helped my daughter and her two friends, all college Freshmans and first-time renters, find an apartment in NYC. All of us parents live out of state and had never had our children rent on their own or act as guarantors before.
