Hired GM for transportation to/from beyonce concert at NRG. Despite the fact that I messed up the date and the scene at the stadium was a madhouse GM adjusted and provided perfect service. Definitely a repeat customer here.
My family of 6 used them for round trip transportation to the airport. Early picking us up for the airport and our driver texted me while we were still taxing when we got back home letting us know he was already there. Baggage was a fiasco when we arrived but our driver, Moe, waited there patiently with us while we waited for the bags. Communication from the owner to Moe was great. Highly recommend.
Great experience using GM to get to the cruise port in Galveston and back, I highly recommend.
