⸻ I have been a loyal GM customer and have purchased five GM vehicles for my family within the past four years. Currently, we own two electric Cadillacs, including a Cadillac Lyriq. Recently, I received an offer from Carter dealership to replace my current Lyriq with a new one, with even lower monthly payments than before. Surprisingly, the application was rejected. I will never buy a vehicle again if the lender is GM Financial. They definitely do not work with Canadians. Everything is American based. The telephone customer service people are also lacking knowledge dealing with Canadians. Never again!
