Extremely disappointed with GM Financial. It has been more than 4 months since I returned my leased vehicle, which was in excellent condition, and I am still waiting for my security deposit check. They ignore emails, leave tickets unresolved, and offer zero solutions, just payment demands. Once they have your signature, the support disappears. No accountability, no follow-up, no customer care. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid GM Financial at all costs.
