Unfortunately my newly sealed driveway was damaged as the tenant had his care returned to gmc . There was no need for the truck to be dragged as the keys were left in the mailbox. If gmc financial the “customer” to the towing company did there due diligence and maybe check the emails i wouldn’t be left with a damaged driveway. The tenant was aware of the tow and did his part. Extremely difficult to find out any relevant information. Got transfered back and forth. Had ridiculous charges on my account that did not make sense.
The customer service for GM Financial in my opinion is dismal. I had to phone them four different times to get an answer and even after the fourth time they still didn't give me a definitive answer. They took money out of my account from a car I wasn't even driving at the time and they can't give me a reason why they did it or when they're going to give me my money back. I own a business and if I ran my business like this I wouldn't have one for very long.
My experience with Roy Foss Cadillac Thornhill has been extremely unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend them to anyone. I leased a brand new Cadillac XT4 Sport from Roy Foss Cadillac Thornhill in March 2023, putting down a $15,000 payment, and it has been a nightmare.
