I have talked to them multiple times re an issue when returning my car. Never got a proper answer and no one really helped me. The last representative dropped the call when I was talking. Unbelievable!
Horrible customer service
Unfortunately my newly sealed driveway was damaged as the tenant had his care returned to gmc . There was no need for the truck to be dragged as the keys were left in the mailbox. If gmc financial the “customer” to the towing company did there due diligence and maybe check the emails i wouldn’t be left with a damaged driveway. The tenant was aware of the tow and did his part. I have contacted the towing company and they are saying that gmc will only give me 50 bucks!! Wow! When it cost me 180 to seal my driveway. And has to ... read more
GM financial is the worst because 1 reason I had full coverage on this vehicle that was claimed as Totaled loss 2 reason I had GAP insurance to cover the expense that insurance would not. 3th reason The GMC finance was at the tow yard company and marked the car totaled 4th reason GMC was working with my insurance company and everything was taken care of. 5th reason I signed the title over to the insurance company I don’t owe the car anymore evidence are with his email. 5 our insurance company was working with GMC financial c... read more
Extremely difficult to find out any relevant information. Got transfered back and forth. Had ridiculous charges on my account that did not make sense.
