My accounts says 1 payment left but says I owe over 5,000 for payoff quote. Ive been ripped off. Lease the car in 2016, then kept it, bought it in 2019 now in 2026 made last payment but still owe over 5,000. The worst financial company I have ever dealt with. I called to ask questions and got transferred to an automated machine to make a payment. I have paid this car for 10 years. The biggest mistake I made was keeping it.
This place needs to get it together. They don’t know what it means to have good customer service and honestly, they don’t even know how to properly input people information!!! Do not waste your time with this company they are the absolute worst!! When you asked him to speak to a manager, they laugh at you like it’s a joke. Who does that? How are you that immature!!!! you made the choice to work in customer service I didn’t choose to have a bootleg customer service rep!! Yall need to do better
They are worthless. They made a mistake and didn’t want to take responsibility so it’s still on my credit report. I would never use them again. I wish them nothing but the worst.
I would not do business with this company. If you finance a car through them, God speed. They are beyond trash and we wish that we never met them.
Worst loan company I’ve ever dealt with. Just like others have stated, I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a car on April 24 in Arizona and brought it into California on April 28. When I went to the DMV on May 13 to register it, I found out that GM Financial had not even initiated the title transfer. Apparently, they don’t automatically start this process when a loan is opened, you have to call and request it yourself.
