Was locked out of the email I used on the account. Have tried to change the email I don't even know how many times now since 2022. Nobody can help me. I can't log into my Chevy app, my gm financial, or my OnStar app. Customer service has only ever run into roadblocks, saying they will call me back but they don't. Please, For the love of God. Somebody who can actually help me appear, for I cannot find them. I need help will update review upon fix.

Was late on payment because nobody wanted to answer and sent me straight to the machine but that didn't help either
I was on FMLA a couple years ago. Was in contact with them, finally went back to work, let them know that I should be able to pay on Friday. Went to pay on Friday, they locked my dashboard, tried Saturday, woke up Sunday to my car having been repossessed. Had to borrow money from my mother, o a fixed income, to pay for the car, already strapped for cash. Took me a year to recover. Sickening company to deal with. Sly and disgusting.
