Having issues with GAP supposedly GM sent the paperwork, and when I called today apparently they forgot to send the Payment History.... You would think the financial institution would provide a Payment History document... And then called to request a copy so that I can provide it directly and now GM Financial needs to request it to their system. It should be ready "HOPEFULLY" tomorrow... REPS words... What a Joke!
The decrepit old woman that “guards” the front door of the GM financial building dropped my door dash delivery and cost me my tip and 4.9 rating. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for pretending a woman in her 70s could protect anyone much less your employees. Instead of apologizing she told me that “I should know better than to try to deliver there”.
