Worst loan company I’ve ever dealt with. Just like others have stated, I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a car on April 24 in Arizona and brought it into California on April 28. When I went to the DMV on May 13 to register it, I found out that GM Financial had not even initiated the title transfer. Apparently, they don’t automatically start this process when a loan is opened, you have to call and request it yourself. This is completely ridiculous, and unless you’re a dealership, you’d have no reason to know that. ... read more

DO NOT use this company to ever finance a car. Worst company in the world. When you make a payment and it shows processed it does not update your account with the processed payment. When you call all they tell you is to wait longer. When you ask for a 10 day pay off they still add finance charges. Those charges should stop when you request that info. Also I was told that noone in the company can just send out a payoff letter via email, again you are stuck waiting 24 to 48 hours for someone else to send an email that should t... read more
GM Financial expired loans is a joke. I signed all my paper work yet they didn’t input it in the system like they were supposed to so my account shows months past due and the non stop calls. Then they have the worst attitudes and hang up on you once you ask them why they can’t do their job properly. What a joke.
