My brother passed away a few months ago and I have notified GM Financial to pick up his vehicle. After two and a half months his car is still sitting in the driveway and is a constant reminder of his passing. I have offered to take the vehicle to a designated location, and they continue to tell me that someone will be in contact with me. I have heard nothing. Absolute worst car loan services ever. I was told I didn’t have to worry about my payment this month, but they still took the payment anyways causing me to behind on bills. I was told it take 3-5 business days to see the refund and now I’m being told it hasn’t even been processed and could take longer than that. These people are the worst. I am behind on my bills because of their doing. Thanks GM!
Wish I could ive 0 stars. Sold a nice lady my car that was financed through GM. She paid the loan off with a certified check that has already cleared her financial institution but GM refused to release the e title or lift the lein for 17 days. Now this nice lady has to wait almost an entire month to register and drive her new car that she already has insurance on. What a joke.
If I could give a negative 5 stars I would . GM provided a loan for a fraudulent application that was done by a small-time dealership in my area. My personal information was incorrect including inflated income, wrong address(which I hadn't lived at since I was 18 years old), and job history(which was only 2 years,but on the application was listed as 20 years). I was a cosigner on a loan and didn't find out that the information was incorrect until the person I cosign for lost their income and their vehicle was repossessed. I ... read more
Très mauvais service, mes paiements passent le mardi, j'avais demandé qu'il passent le jeudi au concessionnaire, on m'a répondu sans problème vous n'aurez qu'à appeler après le premier paiement et là on ose me dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour mettre les paiements la journée que je veux. C'est bien au client de décider quand les paiement passe dans SON compte! Tout comme les assurances, le cellulaire, l'hypotèque.
