Très mauvais service, mes paiements passent le mardi, j'avais demandé qu'il passent le jeudi au concessionnaire, on m'a répondu sans problème vous n'aurez qu'à appeler après le premier paiement et là on ose me dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire pour mettre les paiements la journée que je veux. C'est bien au client de décider quand les paiement passe dans SON compte! Tout comme les assurances, le cellulaire, l'hypotèque. I am shocked how unprofessional this company is. They have rude phone operators and their online App is horrible. Very sad that I financed with GM Financial.

I’ve been trying to take over a lease through GM Financial, and the experience has been frustrating. I submitted my credit application over 45 days ago. Since then, I keep getting the same response. They say they are backed up and have not been able to run a basic credit check. A credit check should take days, not over a month and a half. This delay shows poor organization and lack of urgency.
