Wish no stars was an option! Worst dealership ever! Beware is you buy a car from them they like to make false promises. Make sure you get all owed before leaving! Hello again... I'm trying to find someone high enough up to fix the issue. I paid my truck off on January 15th. It's now February 26th and I still have not received title. I specifically told them where to send the title, specifically telling them we do not receive mail at said post office. You record phone conversations, have a listen. BEWARE!! Do Not Work with these people. I have had multiple gmc trucks and have spend hundreds of thousands with them without any late payments or faults; seems this does not matter at all. Recently I had a issue with their system not allowing my auto pay to get set up and transfer my payment. I called them 3 different times to get this sorted out and Nobody seemed to want to help.
