Refusal to cover costs for your defective diesel exhaust system parts on my truck getting repaired in Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Foley, AL.
Put $20k down on new suburban set up auto pay for the remainder and got an email receipt saying no further action needed . My credit just dropped 100 points . I call GM they say sometimes it doesn’t go through and refuse to update my credit . Looking for a lawyer right now to return this vehicle and go through someone else.

GM Finance will totally rip you off.. I have paid appx $14000 in payments the first year of my loan and my principal balance is only $ 2000 than what i financed.. my interest rate is 13%.. One of the reps on the phone had the nerve to tell me that we take all of our interest up front, yet it is supposed to be a simple interest loan..
I leased my 2018 Chevy Cruze in November 2017. I got the 12,000 annual miles but ended up staying 10,000 under in the end. I ended my lease early once I fell in love with a 2021 Trailblazer. Everything was smooth from start to finish! Here’s to another 3 years. 🙌🏽
