Very predatorial and unprofessional. had a high interest rate and refinanced to get a ower rate and had the account paid off back in December (in june now), and just found out that account was never actually closed and has been accruing interest for the past 6 months. The employee who assisted me seemed to not be sure how the error happened and was saying that there was an additional balance that got added a couple days after my payoff. I honestly haven't had much trouble with these guys. I see all these complaints on here but I'm not having any of these troubles. Remember folks, no one ever puts up all of the details. Just how they felt they were wronged. I've financed here for 4 years with no issues.

Refusal to cover costs for your defective diesel exhaust system parts on my truck getting repaired in Sandy Sansing Chevrolet in Foley, AL.
Put $20k down on new suburban set up auto pay for the remainder and got an email receipt saying no further action needed . My credit just dropped 100 points . I call GM they say sometimes it doesn’t go through and refuse to update my credit . Looking for a lawyer right now to return this vehicle and go through someone else.
