Gm FINANCIAL IS THE WORST COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY DISGUSTING AS A COMPANY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST IVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM ITS A REASON THEY ARE ONE STAR REVIEW.
I cannot describe in words how mad I am at this company. I’m a currently service member in the army. My truck got stolen. I spoke with my insurance agency and the truck was to be paid off in the next coming weeks. My payment for the stolen truck was due. They called and I explained and he said I was all good he’d put in the notes for the payment. 30 days later my credit score is down 137 points and the lady I spoke had 0 sympathy for the matter. The people you talk to on the phones are very nice . But GM as a financial entity needs to be dissolved. They are purely predatory. The are like sharks that taste blood in the water. That is and has been my firmly held belief that goes all the way back to GMAC (General Motors Acceptance Corporation) in the 1980s.
