Rigid, inflexible, and just overall bad to do business with as a consumer.
A bunch of liars and like to threaten people my mom financed a car thru them and up until she recently got hurt she was making payments she called trying to get them to work with her due to a decrease in hours they told her it was fine and to pay what she can or atleast this amount just for them to turn around and harass her all day to 10-11 at night which is highly unprofessional they are rude and even have raised there voice
Never ever Finance with them… Worst customer service I ever had in my life. There are so many places much better than this rip-off company. 🤮
This is just ridiculous. I have been trying to call them so many times and they have an attitude and they just keep hanging up and nobody can help me even the supervisor hung up on me and there’s no way I can contact him. This is just ridiculous. Their customer service is just horrible.
