These people are ridiculous. Our car was totaled. The same day they posted to the credit bureau that it was paid off, they posted the same day that it was paid off that our payment was late. Then they said they couldn't do anything about it, transferred us 3 times, and are trying to make us jump through tons of hoops. Why in the hell would you report someone for a late payment on a totaled car the same day you report the car paid off? Really??!?!?!
Zero ethics.
Run as far as you can from GM Financial. They were real jerks to me today and I will finance any further cars I may purchase with anyone else other than GM Financial. Run.
