I will never again deal with GM Financial! I paid off my loan and can not get a lien release statement. Every time I call a representative, they are rude and start raising their voice when you try to explain to them. I have even talked to supervisors of the team lead. One supervisor (Juan) said 14-15 days after payoff then I would receive the lien release statement. I had also spoke to another team lead supervisor and all she did was yell. The app took out 2 payment's in one month I called them and told them and then I whent to my bank and they seen where they took out 2 payment's my payment's are always on time so my bank took back one of the payment's just one because they took out 2 now there saying they didn't get either payment I am late I am calling a lawer because I am not late on payment's and there trying to mess my credit up the people on the phone told me it was my fault for using there app they never sent me a payment book I am calling the bbb and ... read more
