I work hard for my money, so this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I accidentally overpaid my auto loan and contacted customer service immediately. After reviewing my account, the representative admitted the error and told me in writing that I would receive a refund of $716.86. I have screenshots of the conversation. Later, my account only showed a refund of $433.43. By far the worst finance company. Avoid at all costs. Make sure to read all their reviews. Was told my account was closed, than they added on money due after the account was closed, did not inform me, and listed it as a late payment to credit bureaus. Edit: Still a terrible company. Edit 2: I think I'd rather not contact. I've had thousands of views. So, I think I'd rather keep it up and the hit on my credit so I have the possibility of keeping people from using this company. Especially since you've had 2 years to fix it.
