Wouldn’t help me at all after paying them. Called them so many times and they wouldn’t mail or email me what I needed.

I had no problem with financial for 7+ years, but I guess it's because I never had to use the customer service until the very end of my 3rd car with them. In short, I had a name change 2years ago, though everything was switched but the I had to move my registration from MA to CT, the can of worms opened. I needed my registration switched asap because my insurance policy was due to renew and I had moved, so they needed an updated registration. GM= Government Motors We the people of the US had to bail them out a few years ago so they would not go bankrupt. They cannot answer a simple question. The dealership, Quirk Chevy in Braintree MA, was the start of the problem. I have had 3 dealings with the sales Manager and he has gotten ruder with every encounter. I wish I had never had any dealings with GM.
