I would give zero stars if I could. I had no issues financing with GM until my vehicle was paid off. I reached out in November to confirm where the title was being mailed because I had recently moved. I was informed by 3 different agents that my title will be mailed to my address. The 4th time I called, the agent informed me I need approval from my co-buyer. I got on the phone with the co-buyer and we got it done. Wouldn’t help me at all after paying them. Called them so many times and they wouldn’t mail or email me what I needed.
I had no problem with financial for 7+ years, but I guess it's because I never had to use the customer service until the very end of my 3rd car with them. In short, I had a name change 2years ago, though everything was switched but the I had to move my registration from MA to CT, the can of worms opened. I needed my registration switched asap because my insurance policy was due to renew and I had moved, so they needed an updated registration.
