What a travesty. Very helpful when they feel they are going to get more funds but I have been trying to rollover funds for six months now to avoid any additional losses and the $40 annual fee. I was initially told I had to come to the office and fill out forms, then I was told that the bank had to send forms. I get a response today that and I quote, "your Traditional IRA account is now handled out of St. Louis by Dave Herber (BOA is Karmann)."
