Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Service! I am beyond frustrated with the appalling level of customer service I received when trying to get basic information about a closing contract for a real estate transaction. I called the attorney’s office, and not only was I met with rude, dismissive behavior, but the receptionist actually hung up on me… twice.
