I don't think there could be a worse program than this in terms of customer service and program details. Unfortunately, we bought it and have been using it for 2 years, paying thousands of euros for nothing.
As the admin of an alumni association, I can confidently say Glue Up has been a game changer for our operations. While the product is par, the customer service and technical support is atrocious. When I signed up, I needed and paid for onboarding service. The onboarding staff assigned to me at some point (within a day/two) was no longer with the company and someone did not replace that person until I pointed it out and a week had past. We had multiple issues with recurring payments and customer support team did not know their own product to be able to tell us how address this issue.
