Team working here used to be so good maybe a year ago. Very nice and always helping me shop for what I needed. Came in today 23/4 and team was very anti-social and weird behaviour. Not surprised the store is closing!
직원이 가격가지고 장난질함. 인종차별로 느꼈음. 칼하트 후디 가격을 물어봄. 40%할인 중이라 90달러임을 확인하고 2개를 구매하려고 갔는데 다른직원이 갑자기 300달러를 찍음. 이거 90불이라 하지 않았냐하니까 갑자기 180불로 바꿔서 다시내밀음. 그어떤 사과도 없었고 하물며 미안한표정도 없음. 왜 가격이 다르냐 물어보니 표정 썩으면서 원래 이제품은 할인 안된다고함. 구라인것같음, 물어봤던 모든 제품들 다 40% 할인가로 안내해줬었음. 왜 가격다르게 안내해줬냐니까 표정 개썩는데 기분잡침ㅎ
Glue store had an internal error when processing my order. I had arranged to pick things up from QVB but the order never went through to them. I called the shop and Lucy was very helpful in arranging for a refund to be made promptly. I came into the store the next day, and Shavaughn? at the front counter helped me buy the same pieces in person for the same price listed online. Overall, the staff here were very friendly as they have been at all glue stores ive been to.
