Mikayla is the absolute best worker at Knox Shopping Centre, enthusiastic, realistic, relatable, amazing. Walked into the store and as soon as I stepped foot in she was the sweetest and most purest soul. Felt like I known her for years she’s so helpful, suggestive, HONEST, and goes out of her way to help you with whatever you need. Honestly made my day she was the nicest retail worker I’ve met this year! Def recommend 💯

We paid for shoes that never arrived. We’ve been 3 times trying to sort this out. The first 2 times we were told by someone that they would follow this up. Today we were told a refund had been put thru the same day we purchased shoes. We showed them the bank statements showing no refund had been given but the 2 ladies who were trying to help us couldn’t do much but tell us to message their customer care.
