Every time I visit the store, I feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The staff are always friendly and kind, creating a pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place—definitely a 10 out of 10 experience.
The first ever pair of pants that have ever fit me properly as it has been a tough road with my self image. But Glue made my life 100 times better. The cloths in this store are also amazing as they trendy with a cool style. Trust me shop at Glue for the best experience as the welcome you like family!!!
Avoid! Lovely staff in store but had a terrible experience of the floor to door and customer service. They ordered sunglasses to be sent home (bc the in store pair were stuck to a lock) and I paid instore. After a month I hadn’t received them, and when I contacted them they said they’d run out, and I needed to return to the store for a refund. No notice was given before I contacted them of this arrangement. Terrible inconvenience. I’d avoid shopping here.
Just wanted to say that Jen was extremely helpful with an order I was trying to locate. She really did her best and was so friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service
I had such an amazing experience at Glue Store Westfield, Jenn, one of the amazing staff members, was so lovely, helpful and overall amazing. She went above and beyond to help me in finding an outfit and just made our shopping experience so much better, as someone who isn’t local. Thank you again to Jenn, she’s amazing and deserves a raise!!!
