Went in to buy a pair of jorts, but forgot to bring my belt. The guy there (I forgot his name) showed me every single pair of jorts they had and even gave me a glue branded shoe lace as a belt replacement. He checked up on me every step of the way and made me feel like a valuable customer. Very good service.

I just received the BEST customer service that I think I have ever experienced. After a muck up with an online order that was placed in store last week, I called and spoke to a staff member who's name is Jessie. She went above and beyond to help me, as I live 4 hours away and was only visiting the shopping centre passing through.
