Asian girl who was wearing a polka dot top, with jeans and belt served me yesterday on 04/04/2026 at Chaddy nothing over 70 dollars sale. Girl was extremely rude and had an attitude to her. Maybe it’s good this brand is closing down because some of their staff need some customer service training…
Visited the store last Thursday and all the staff were super friendly and helpful in finding my size. A staff member named Sam was especially amazing — he helped me check stock at other stores and went above and beyond my expectations. Really appreciate the great service!
I visited Glue Chadstone late Saturday evening (1/11/25), to exchange an item. I had a young lady named "Taylor" serve me. She organised an exchange item to be sent out to me as it wasn't available in store. She is such a warm, friendly & helpful store assistant and is an absolute asset to Glue Store.
Went into the glue store today to buy a pair of jeans, I am extremely picky with the jeans I like but I was able to find the perfect pair with the help of the nice guy working today. He went out of his way to help me without asking and was extremely helpful as his knowledge of the products were outstanding! Without him I wouldn’t have bought these pants! He even offered to sing me happy birthday! This guy needs a pay rise because he was such a vibe! Thank you so much for this amazing experience.
Went into store to buy a few things on Saturday and had the most warm welcome from a young girl talia. Excellent customer service, will be coming in again.
