Absolutely no standard of care, huge levels of incompetence across departments. This company will literally rip your parcel open, lose the entirety of the contents, and shrug their shoulders. What happens when your item is lost during shipping? Nothing! You have to monitor the tracking number, and spend your time phoning THEM (20 minute wait time) to ask what happened to your shipment. 2 days in a row, my package gets loaded on a GLS truck for local delivery in the morning and then back to their warehouse at night after zero attempts. I’m about to tell the business I purchased from, never again b/c of these guys. Literally one job to do
