Terrible Ordered floor mats and they “attempted” to deliver it three times but I have video proof no one ever came to my house. On top of that I paid extra to get them shipped faster and they said my road was closed which a) it is not and b) there’s 4 ways to get to my house. This is ridiculous, worse company ever.
Bad driving
The GLS toll free number has ridiculous wait times to speak to a customer service rep. This = bad customer service! Any business should know this! You don't make customers wait!
They left my package busted, opened and broken. Inside had one of the items distorted and damaged from handling and transportation. I have never had this experience with any other courier before.
Horrible customer service and tracking methods. One rep told me they would deliver on Saturday and to make sure someone is home. I waited all day and nothing. Called in Monday and they said they have never worked on Saturday. Been 2 weeks holding my shipment in a warehouse that is ONLY 15 MINUTES FROM ME!
