Terrible company. Waited all day for my package because of the fiasco of the first attempted delivery. No phone call. Didn’t even bother ringing my apartment buzzer just left the note. Did this 2 days in a row. Expect me to drive to Brampton from Scarborough, not happening. Don’t use this company. Customer service sucks and drivers are lazy. Shame I can’t give it zero stars
After changing the delivery time multiple times, from 10 AM all the way to 10 PM, they eventually marked it as “Receiver was closed.” I waited the entire day for my shipment, and nobody even showed up. Absolutely ridiculous — they’re just lying to their customers.
Talk to your truck drivers!!! One of your employees going south on 427 around 3:50pm today was on his phone swerving in lanes! Its not the first time I have witnessed your AZ operators distracted while driving!
