After changing the delivery time multiple times, from 10 AM all the way to 10 PM, they eventually marked it as “Receiver was closed.” I waited the entire day for my shipment, and nobody even showed up. Absolutely ridiculous — they’re just lying to their customers.
Talk to your truck drivers!!! One of your employees going south on 427 around 3:50pm today was on his phone swerving in lanes! Its not the first time I have witnessed your AZ operators distracted while driving!

I saw all the one star reviews and it scared me. I thought about canceling my order and reordering the same items from Amazon or Walmart. I decided to take my chances. I live in an apartment building so I kept an eye on the order status using the tracking number. The last update was to be delivered 3:40 to 3:49 pm. DONT EVER USE THIS SHIPPING COMPANY EXCEPT YOU WANT A BAD DAY.I purchased a $340 blender,the seller shipped through GLS .GLS tracking showed delivered but not to my address when the box clearly stated my information.I called GLS for 3 days straight and the lady lied to me about the driver having gone to retrieve my box.Eventually after a lot of emails and backs and forth and I had to dispute the transaction the seller stepped in .The Kind lady whom GLS driver dropped the box to called GLS about a box which doesn’t belong to ... read more
