My package was not delivered. They said no one was there to sign for it. They didn't even ring the doorbell.. just left a note . And now when I call them to try to arrange to pick it up at the terminal they say someone would call me. It's been 4 hours and have yet to hear from anyone and now they're closed. Definitely do not recommend
This is a very poor delivery experience. My package was not delivered to my apartment door even though I provided my complete address and unit number. It was left outside the building entrance at the wrong door, on a shared pedestrian walkway accessible to anyone. This negligence led to my package being lost.

Horrible company, tried to deliver my order but there was a car crash on one road leading to my house but there is multiple other routes they could take to deliver it but they did not. Next day they attempted to deliver it but left a note on the door because I was not home (that's fine). I then contacted customer support to see if the courier was close and he made a 2 minute attempt and said he could not get ahold of the driver to stop and leave it somewhere relatively close for me to pickup.
