My package arrived with missing items. Tried raising a complain with these people and was met with static. No responses and now I am at a loss of $650.
A truly frustrating experience. The driver made no attempt to deliver my package, as I was home all day. No phone call and my buzzer code was not used. No note as to where my package would be dropped either. I called the support line and was assured my delivery would arrive the next day. The next day I recieved a voicemail letting me know that it was delayed and would arrive, again, the following day. Funny how all 4 items made it to the warehouse, but somehow only 2 made it to my door and the other 2 are now "unable to be located." When I asked if that meant the package was lost, I was met with 10 seconds of silence before the representative hung up on me. The first agent I spoke with was great. The second call was the complete opposite. Missing packages and hanging up on customers is not exactly what I'd call good service.
Waste of time using this company, I've waited over a week now for my package and it's still not here, it's a 2 hr drive from me where it got shipped from. It says it's out on delivery today ...... STILL NOT HERE, I WANT MY SHIPPING $$ back!!! Don't waste your time with this place, you are better to drop it off at your local river and let it float there, it will get there faster
