horrible. they said drop off is at noon and then changed with without notice to 9 am then knocked on the wrong door and then left expecting me to drive an hour and 40 mins to pick it up. what a joke your company is.
I just received a package delivered from this company and it went so smooth. Imran Bhaila was the gentleman that delivered the package and the communication was so great, the package needed a signature and I wasn’t home the 1st attempt. But I was contacted directly and arranged delivery for the following day. So stress free.
Danger driving
They're horrible. Have delivered a package to the wrong address. Sent a package from Pickering to Ottawa back to Pickering. The last straw, package arrived at Pickering 450am, sat there all day. I live 10kms away.
