My tracking showed that my item was at this location being prepared for transit. I was in the area and thought I’d swing by to see if they’d release the package to me instead of me having to wait for shipment . To my pleasant surprise Tyrone and the ladies in the office were very pleasant about the situation , found my box in a huge pile ,which they didn’t have to do for me, and released it to me. UPS, Canada Post or any other big company wouldn’t have ever done this for me so koodos. 🙏🏾
Don't recommend any company to use GLS services.
Very poor delivery service. I have been waiting for my package since December 23, and today is January 4 with no delivery. When I first saw on their website that my buzzer information was missing, I called them immediately to clarify. On December 30, customer service told me the package would be delivered on December 31. However, on December 31, the delivery status changed to “something went wrong” and asked me to accept an additional delivery date. Highly unprofessional. There's no office here. Only trucks
They have been the delivery company for my orders a number of times and have consistently delivered to the wrong door. Consistently. There is a giant sign on the door that that state that this is NOT the entrance and NOT to drop off any packages or leave them at the door. Yet, they continue to. Such incompetent delivery drivers, meanwhile fedex, UPS, canada post and all of the other delivery companies area able to figure out how to find the main entrance.
