They're horrible. Have delivered a package to the wrong address. Sent a package from Pickering to Ottawa back to Pickering. The last straw, package arrived at Pickering 450am, sat there all day. I live 10kms away.
This company does not deserve even 1 star. I ordered a package and this company attempted a delivery and did not leave any information on where to re schedule a delivery or pick up. After doing my own detective work and spending over an hour on hold over several days I finally spoke to a human who told me I would have to wait to be notified to go pick it up. Terrible experience with GLS. This is the third time they’ve delayed my parcel. I ordered a piece of furniture from Amazon, and it shipped from Mississauga to Toronto — it’s been 3 weeks and still nothing. Completely unacceptable for such a short distance. GLS has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the frustration and avoid using them if you have a choice.
I was supposed to receive a package from a vendor I had ordered from in Kitchener. The shipping time from the vendor to my place was fast; I can't deny that. The problems started with the courier who attempted to deliver the package. I received no calls. They took a picture of the front entrance of my building and left.
