Driver was suppose to call ahead for the drop off .Never did & I was not at my store. driver said he would come back later the same day. Never came back,then called to say shipment will come next day between 1 p.m. & 3 p.m. it's 4 p.m. & nothing. I called the local Ottawa branch , nobody answer the phone . Very poor service; unbelievable . It was not like that 5 years ago.
Pire service de livraison dans la Vallée-de-la-Gatineau. Seul service qui vont sortir 3/4 jours de suite dans des températures optimales mais qui ne livreront jamais votre colis.
Repeatedly doesn't follow instructions for secure delivery. We ask at every delivery to put package in the bin. Driver gives attitude saying sign says FEDEX, UPS, DHL etc and not GLS. The last line clearly says 'And all other deliveries'. The weatherproof bin is there for a reason but the driver giving attitude is NOT acceptable
We've spoken to 3 different people, all of whom asked us to go meet them where the road is closed. Except the road is closed, so we can't meet their delivery drivers there. We've asked them to come around to deliver on a different route, but "the system they use to plan deliveries doesn't recognize that the main road is closed". We've been doing this dance for the better part of this week so far. The road closure is for an indeterminate amount of time.
Drivers playing on their phones while driving?? Called to complain but hung up after 30 minutes of waiting!! Lic number BD28379 Unbelievable company!!
