Great stuff, the delivery guy called us and buzzed at 10h30pm last night and promptly woke us up as well as our kids. Common sense isn’t for everyone unfortunately
Was home all day said they attempted to deliver but no notice at all. Junk service.
Out of delivery at 7:32 am by 2: pm still no delivery , I tried calling to inquire because tracking states between 1:15 and 3:15 no answer by anyone at company. Tracking then changed to 1:55 pm to 2:55 pm well that was all great since it was 3:45 pm . Finally got a hold of someone after waiting for .5 hour on hold to be contacted to driver , in which he stated my package fell to the side and he could not deliver before business closed.. very unprofessional to hold someone’s package hostage and no customer service
Unbelievable poor delivery service, my parcel has been in Montreal for 7-days which is at most 50km from me. I just don’t understand why you can’t get a parcel from Toronto to eastern ontario in under two weeks. And I though Canada Post was poor
