Super unreliable. I literally had never heard of this company before the Canada Post strike, and obviously for good reason. Took them 6 days to deliver a package that was 2 hours away from my house. I wish the seller would've asked me first before shipping with this off-brand service, because it would've been far easier to just drive the 2 hours to collect my purchase. The tracking with GLS is nonsensical, in the sense that they will quote "Estimated delivery time between 7:00 and 10:50" even though it was 3 in the afternoon... read more

Very unhappy with this company! Due that I have a package to pick up and I can’t get through to speak with someone! Or they won’t help and put you through someone else and on hold !!

Please save your money..find good place new ownership with zero knowledge using expire things damage your hair and skin.i was a loyal customer.i was unaware of this new ownership charging more then they say over the phone inquiries.taking 6 hours instead of 3.i wish i could rate zero rating to this place.
