Notice of delivery left with the wrong tracking number, while I was home. Called support to find out where I could pick up the package and the customer service was seriously bad. Called back later since I didn't trust the 1st person, and the second person was just as bad. As a customer I will not buy from a shop using GLS now.
Service à la clientèle très médiocre et les livreurs ne font pas l'effort pour te contacter lorsque tu n'est pas disponible.
Appelez pour un service montréal/sept-iles...la jeune fille venait de prendre mon numéro de téléphone...la ligne à coupé de leur coté et aucun retour d'appel..vraiment ordinnaire!!
Have had nothing but issues with this company. They're 10 minutes away and they keep my package for over a week before attempting delivery but only after I call the business I ordered from and they contact them. There's no way to get though to customer service they don't answer emails and I can stay on the phone all day and never reach anyone. Packages not delivered, "lost" or no attempt at delivery made. For the sake of your customer loyalty please never use this company.
