Terrible service except for one lady who was very nice - I had similar issues to others with not being home at the time of initial delivery and having to schedule a second delivery. Had a bad experience the first two times I called, which resulted in no delivery on the day that I scheduled it! Thankfully the nice lady finally called me and apologized, and I had my package in 2 hours.
Great customer service! Noticed while tracking my parcel that they couldn'tfind the delivery address (rural). Called the cambridge/ayr location and they were able to contact the driver to get it delivered.
Absolutely Terrible.. Tracking shows the package went out for delivery on 04/22/2025... It is now 04/26/2025 and my package has still not arrived AND there is ZERO update to the tracking as to where the heck it is.. And spare me your BS token we appreciate your feedback message back saying to please reach out.. I've done that and guess what.... NO RESPONSE.. Your Service Sucks
