This parcel took extra long to arrive. Customer service said they required my signature. Meanwhile a sticker on the box specifically said that my signature was not required. I much prefer other couriers than this one
Called the Cambridge warehouse for a missing skid shipment, and was pleasantly surprised by the kind, courteous assistance from the nice lady on the Customer desk. She even offered to ask for further assistance at the initiating depot in Hamilton!
Terrible service except for one lady who was very nice - I had similar issues to others with not being home at the time of initial delivery and having to schedule a second delivery. Had a bad experience the first two times I called, which resulted in no delivery on the day that I scheduled it! Thankfully the nice lady finally called me and apologized, and I had my package in 2 hours.
Great customer service! Noticed while tracking my parcel that they couldn'tfind the delivery address (rural). Called the cambridge/ayr location and they were able to contact the driver to get it delivered.
