Worst delivery service and don’t even answer the helpline. What I am supposed to do with the note you pasted on my door if you are not picking up the damn phone.
The worst delivery EVER. It’s never possible to get a delivery date ahead of time. The tracking is absolutely USELESS. Never have I seen a company try so hard to be so bad.
Why can't your delivery people deliver my package properly? Not everyone sits at home and waits for their packages; some even work so they can buy them later. I gave clear instructions on where to leave the package, but the delivery person couldn't figure out how to open the back door. Maybe you could hire more resourceful delivery people to avoid any problems for the company?
