Horrible by far, as I am still waiting for delivery of 2 pallets with heat pumps sitting in a nearby warehouse and the 1st pallet has been there for 10 days, as excuses keep coming up such as "Forgot to load on the truck". I am expecting delivery tomorrow 11th Aug as per their words over the phone, but do expect the 30 minute prior to usual phone call cancelling that for yet another excuse, so we will see.
