Absolutely terrible experience with falsified delivery scans. I took a day off work to stay home and wait for a high-value electronics shipment. Late in the afternoon, the driver updated the tracking to say: 'Not Delivered - Sorry, we missed you! We left a notice card.' This was a complete lie. I had a pickup scheduled since Monday but the driver couldn't make it before our closing time, so I left it outside of the door. It still never got picked up. This happened for 3 days. Thursday the driver arrived at 3:00, and told the dispatcher that the box wasn't there. I just went to the factory, Friday at 8:15 am, and found it still in front of the door where I left it.
