I completed my level 1 children's yoga training with Katie. She is so knowledgeable and passionate about her gift. It was a treasure to learn from her.
Katie is kind, gentle and supportive. She manages to create a welcoming, safe and encouraging space to practice. In her classes, it feels easy to just be who you are, share what is on your mind and in your heart or just allow yourself to be nurtured by the energy in the room, if you choose to do so.
