Upon arrival, I was enthusiastically greeted with a big smile by 2 ladies at the front desk who checked me in and gave me a quick tour of the facility. While I was waiting, everyone who walked by was polite. My Facial was performed by Hailey who was nothing short of fantastic. She was prompt and greeted me with a smile.
