Glow Worm Electric Bicycles was one of the first retail electric bike stores in Sydney. Building on that pioneering spirit Glow Worm has grown to become a premier electric bike specific retail store with an additional focus on family cycling and electric cargo bikes. If you visit our Sydney store you can expect to test ride or purchase our range of electric bikes. We have a workshop that caters exclusively to owners of our electric bicycles. Dogs, children and babies most welcome!

Jess and Paul are super helpful and knowledgeable on all things e-bike. I couldn’t decide between a few models. Having a physical store and a range of bikes to test ride, the Tern Quick Haul fits all my requirements. Thank you team for all your help!

Just had my electric bike serviced (had bought it from them a few years ago). I live out of town so I ‘challenged’ them in order to get the job done, meaning that they (Paul mostly) were very flexible in order to accomodate me getting my bike on their list. It was good customer service. Now that I have my bike back, it feels as good as new. They did a thorough job. Worth spending the money.
Glow worm staff are so warm and friendly. They offered great service of all the big and little things that my bike needed and well beyond. I love my electric bike dearly and have had it for over 8 years. So it’s wonderful that it has been restored to being better than new. Thanks Chris and Glow Worm.
Glow worm’s customer service is in a league of its own. It feels like having your own pit crew ready to tune your bike up if needed!
