I purchased a facial gift certificate from Oceana, and my daughter was excited to use it. When I reached out to schedule, I was told the business had closed and that no refunds would be issued. Product was offered instead, but what we trusted and paid for was the service itself. There was no advance notice of the closure, and the whole situation left me feeling sad and taken advantage of. I wish it had been handled differently.
I seriously can’t recommend Oceana enough! I’ve had a few facials before, but this one was on a whole different level. My skin felt so clean, glowy, and hydrated afterward—and the whole experience was super relaxing. Oceana made me feel totally comfortable, explained what was going on with my skin, and gave me some really helpful tips without being pushy about products. You can tell she really knows her stuff and actually cares. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been getting facials from Oceana for over two years now and my skin has never looked better!! Before finding her I was very apprehensive about getting facials because of bad experiences in the past, but now I look forward to my monthly facial. It is so relaxing and such a treat. The products she uses also smell amazing!!
I love the variety of organic products and customized facials depending on my skincare needs. I always leave feeling refreshed and my skin has gotten so much better after regularly receiving facials from Oceana.
