Went in today for my first ever massage not having high expectations that she would be able to fix the pain in my lower back from my herniated disc's I've had the last 13yrs. I can admit I'm feeling better than I have since before the incident. Not just in my lower back, but in my neck, shoulders/arms, everything feels much better and loosened up as I do concrete pumping for a living. The hot stones helped tremendously as well. I'll definitely be returning for more work soon.
