BUYER BEWARE. Unprofessional. Did not explain process as she was putting hot/cold or PAINFUL devices on my face. I was flinching as I didn't know what was next. She answered a phone call during appointment AND cut my appointment short by 10-15 minutes. She didnt remember my name for my appointment or what I booked for. The Only items that were relaxing were NOT her, it was the music and bed. I may look, young, but I'm far from an idiot.

bought laser hair removal and was refused because of my voice not being feminine I guess. very interesting that they have a little lgbtq+ friendly and transgender safe space tag on google. clearly they aren't familiar at all with trans people. they don't really specify what kind of machine they use for laser anyways so I guess i'm glad or whatever.

I highly recommend Glow up by Maryam. Very gentle and professional with every treatment visit I've done in her clinic I always get the best experience and great customer service.Very easy to book an appointment. Her prices are very reasonable as well .Thank you Maryam for the great service.

Edited - Response to OWNER’s reply Well, I didn’t see you following any of the basic hygiene process atleast not with me, don’t know if you do it with your other clients so I reviewed based on my experience. Secondly, how would you like to coverup about removing the makeup with water and doing the facial on a dirty face which clogged the pores and ruined my face further.
