First time I went with my daughter she had us wait about 15 mins after our appt time. It did feel like she was snobby. I just didn’t feel welcome but she was okay after talking a bit. Didn’t like the sunscreen, the toner irritated my skin. Laser hurt a bit more than expected. Husband got back massage that he didn’t like either. I think if you’re older and have money to waste probably nice for facials. I’m surprised by all the good reviews.
I’ve been getting lash lifts/tints at Glow Beauty for a few months now. While the staff is friendly and the space is clean and relaxing, I frequently experience them accidentally getting the solution in my eye. I don’t have this problem when I go other places, only here. I think that their eye pads may not be sufficient or something, because these girls are talented and my lashes look tea, but they always always always get solution in my eyes, sometimes twice in one session.
