Recently had a 6.6kw solar system installed by Glow. Excellent experience all round. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I have used Glow for a few jobs now at my home, Matt in particular is fantastic, on time, otherwise he phones to keep me updated, always cleans up and is a wealth of knowledge. The prices are very good, you can always get a rough quote over the phone from the girls in the office who are super nice to deal with! I would highly recommend Glow for all your electrical needs. What a great team! From the booking, quoting and attendance the service was so fantastic, I couldn't fault then if I tried. The team that came to the house were clearly skilled but also just great guys - very helpful, friendly and so polite. I had a service of my air con and then organised a replacement through then and would recommend them for both.
I have had in impressive experience with the people representing Glow HCE. We replaced a 10 outlet ducted air conditioner system and subsequently update our solar system. The professionalism and advice provided by management through to the installation teams is something not often found these days. I commend this company to anyone that requires works implemented on time, concise communication and value for money.
