We called on Glow to inspect and repair our 15y.o Daikin unit which was not working through the heat wave this year The technician identified that the system needed to be replaced and offered to initially undertake the work as an insurance claim but our insurers wouldn’t cover the work. Glow provided excellent service from initial quoting through to removal of a very old evaporative air conditioner and installation of a new reverse cycle system. The entire team were professional, helpful & friendly with high quality workmanship. Would happily use again and recommend.
Where to start, I made a phone call to ask for a quote, very speedy response. Cody arrived at the time he said he would be here. Very informative about products they recommend, and features of the products. Quote arrived the next day, a very competitive price. The job was booked in. Thanks to Cody for making this happen!
