Bad staff and management
I wounder who runs this service ,been dealing with Anita so many times things still not right . I was promised a care worker will go to my mums on 25/6/2025(on a Thursday )please check ur dates n days ,twice a carer came without informing mum, will not recommend them to anyone.😡😡
I would give Glow Healthcare 0 stars if I could. It took a number of weeks to process an aged care referral for domestic services, which at the final step I was told that the service could not be provided after all, as the address was not within their remit. (One would think you just had to look at the referral to see the address where the services would be required, or any subsequent onboarding paperwork).
