While her services are decent, she struggles with respecting clients' time as she canceled on me on four occasions (once, because a client broke her equipment, so I'll let that slide). This last occasion was the last straw. It was two hours before my appointment and usually, she would text me to confirm her appointment, but she didn't this time.
