Dianna was extremely warm and friendly. She helped accommodate my disabilities and made sure I was kept warm. The facial was so relaxing and the bed is SO soft.

She took ~20 minutes getting to know me, my skin, my routine to provide a customized and tailored facial that was perfect for my skin. She incorporates so many incredible practices and treatments.
