My experience with everyone at Glover & Associates was excellent! Staff are knowledgeable, experienced and professional. My emails were answered promptly and Zoom contact was great.
Mr. Glover has handled various legal matters for me and has been sharp, straight to the point and provides a common sense approach (when possible) to the issue(s) at hand. Thank you for your diligence.
After trying to book an initial appointment with a lawyer, speaking to two different receptionist who are so unpleasant, this company just lost a client because of that, clients are not calling because this is an easy time for us, we are calling because we need assistance from a lawyer, this company needs to do a better job at hiring people that are empathetic, and that are not unpleasant to speak with. The only individual who was of help was the legal assistant. Would not recommend.
