Ben (THE MANAGER) talks about people not having respect for their appointments but really BEN HAS NO RESPECT PEOPLES TIME HAD ME WAIT AN HOUR AND A HALF THEN TOLD ME TO COME BACK THE NEXT DAY TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR BEFORE I SAID SOMETHING THEN HE TOLD ME HE WASNT GOING TO DO MY NAILS BECAUSE I MISSED ONE APPOINTMENT *** BUT I HAVE FULL RESPECT BEN YOU DONT I STILL PAID YOU $40 FOR WHAT THE SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN FOR THE APPOINTMENT I MISSED** !!! THATS RESPECT BEN !!! YOU ARE THE ONE WHO DOES NOT HAVE RESPECT
