Shelly changed my life. I have been so self conscious about my legs for years because of ingrown. After just one session of waxing my hair dramatically changed. Now every session after has just gotten better and better. I can’t recommend her enough!!

Great services when I was in the store; however, I can’t give 5 stars as it was impossible to try to reschedule my appointment. I’d call to share I needed to reschedule early in the week then would never get a call back. It would have been fine if I hadn’t paid for the services up front. I was just trying to use the services I’d paid for.

I did the color matching that Gloss recently started providing. It was such a fun environment and all of the girls do such a good job of making you feel comfortable and they really become your hype girls. After they find out which season and tones of colors, they give you a booklet afterwards with each of your colors as well as metallics (gold/silver) for which looks best for your complexion! 10/10 and would recommend this service to anyone! I had my color analysis done at Gloss and loved it! Everyone was so nice and made the experience really enjoyable. It was super helpful and I learned a lot about the colors that work best for me. I would definitely recommend Gloss to anyone thinking about getting a color analysis. I have been to gloss for multiple services and have loved all of them! Highly recommend!
