Yes they are busy and you have to wait but if you call up and book in they’re accommodating and it’s well worth it. Professional and kind. I am always impressed with my nails 🤍
Vi did my nails today, and unfortunately her attitude and behaviour were very rude and unpleasant. She was quite rough when handling my hands, which made me feel uncomfortable. Several times, she filed the skin around my nails, which was very painful. I moved to Glory Nail Care after having problems with my nails not lasting at another salon, and eight months later I’m still coming back! I’ve been so impressed with how well my nails last – no peeling or chipping, and the nail technicians really know what they’re doing. I had a terrible experience in this place this week. They kept passing me on to different girls to do my nails and the one who took over to finalise my manicure was extremely rude to me to say the least. She kept asking if I was okay with the nails and I said no and she was so mad at me . Her attitude was just not acceptable for someone in the service industry.No understanding of customer care and I felt that they were just after the money and no keen care to customer satisfaction.
My pedi with Jamie was sooo lovely and luxurious. She was meticulous and precise and so gentle. I feel fresh and pampered. Thank you!!!
