The hostess was deplorable. I stood in front of her at the stand for 5 minutes she didn’t so much as look up from whatever she was doing. When a white couple walked in behind me she literally walked around me to greet them. When she came back she still ignored me. I spoke up and asked for a table to which she responded “oh…. Okay.” And walked away! She came back 5 minutes later to tell me I could pick a seat at the bar and she’d bring me a menu. Guess what, never brought one. Food came out 20min late with only two people here because staff juat talks to each other in the back. Was better as a Blockbuster. Horrible service, dirty bar, bathroom, everything. Biggest roaches I've ever seen just walking along the floor. Food is gross reheated garbage, and again it will also be brought out to you 20 minutes late because the incompetence of the staff knows no bounds. Please close and be replaced with a place thats isn't complete garbage.
My family and I came in last night. Victoria was our server and let me tell you she’s amazing.. We’ve been coming to this restaurant for so many years. The food is almost always perfect and consistent. My daughter has 7 allergies, and Victoria made us feel confident that everything was safe. She made everybody in my family feel special. The service is always good here, but Victoria wins for best experience ever for my family!!!
