I purchased a new Gerber toilet just over a year ago. To try to keep a long story short: It started not flushing properly more than occasionally. Recently, it has gotten worse and has stopped-up the last 7 of 12 twelve times used. A plunger has never worked on it and using an auger has been the only only option for me to unstop it. I've had a plumber come out twice, used a powerful auger and a camera and we see no reason it shouldn't be working...however, on the last trip we looked up from the bottom and saw that there is an... read more

In 2011 we purchased a WR Woodbridge pull-out kitchen faucet at Costco. Thankfully I saved the warranty information & paperwork. In January of 2023 the soap dispenser broke. I called the toll-free number on the warranty card & and after explaining my predicament with absolutely no hassle they sent me a replacement. Unfortunately one year later the nozzle snapped off.
