Edit: The company has since apologised, which I appreciate. However, I hope they work on their communication and listening skills, kindness goes a long way and makes life easier for everyone.

Tried calling to book a simple taxi I told them clearly that the address was in the new build state but the person couldn’t even understand that it was on the new build estate in Leighton buzzard and I clearly told them if you google it would show the correct estate the man couldn’t seem to understand and started shouting at me over the phone even though I gave them the right address never have I been shouted at for simply trying to book a taxi would not recommend at all and it’s a shame I can’t give them a lower rating then... read more

I needed a quick lift to Luton airport and Globe Taxis manage to pick me up in less than 10 minutes. Really nice driver and safe journey!
