We booked a taxis for drop off and collection from Luton airport, was given agreed price collection £47.00, when we arrived at our destination driver said if was £49.00, we did say that not what was quoted and agreed, also driver used the hardshoulder, while undercutting a lorry on M1, near junction 11a
